If you are already a Venalink customer, click on “Order Online” which appears at the top of every page, and once you’re on the shop homepage click “Log in or Join” at the top right of the page. Follow the “Activate User Account” button, which will direct you to a short registration form. Please have your Account Reference at hand. If you are not yet a Venalink customer please fill in our New Customer Form here

If you have already received an email from us with your login credentials, use them here to log in. If you set your own username and password please use these details to log in. If have not yet been sent any login details, or registered your account yourself, follow the registration instructions above.
Our products are arranged into Weekly, Monthly, Blisters, and Ancillary product categories. Within these categories you will also find filters for specific product features, materials and dosage frequencies. If you know the name, or part of the name, of the product you would like, you can also use the search function at the top of the page. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please fill in our contact form here or you can call our team on 01244 287050 and they will be happy to help.
Our cards and blisters are packed separately, so you will need to add each element of the product to your basket separately. We have designed the shop to make this process as simple as possible, so when adding a card product to your basket (such as Qube) you will automatically be prompted to add the matching blisters to your basket at the same time, without the need to separately search for the blisters.
You may have noticed that custom products are not displayed on our general site, this is to ensure that only you can see your pharmacy’s products. In order to see any custom cards, please log in to the shop, when they should then be displayed to you. If you are already logged in and can’t see the products you were expecting, please drop us an email on sales@venalink.co.uk and one of our team can look into this for you.
