As the festive season approaches, we want to make sure our customers are fully informed about any upcoming changes to our usual opening hours and operations during this busy time of year. To help you plan ahead, we are sharing details about our adjusted schedule early, including any days we’ll be closed, and specific cut-off dates for orders. We kindly encourage everyone to review the below to avoid any unexpected delays, and to make the most of our services throughout the festive period.
For orders requiring pallet delivery this is the last day to order for delivery before Christmas, pallet orders placed after this date should be delivered on 2nd January.
This is the last day to order for delivery before Christmas, orders placed before 2pm on 22nd December should be delivered on 23rd December.
Office closes at 4pm. Orders placed before 2pm should be delivered on 29th December.
Office open 10am – 2pm with reduced staff. Orders placed during office hours on 29th should be delivered on 30th December. Any orders placed before 2pm on 30th December should be delivered on 2nd January.
Office reopens as normal.
